Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data ketlio.in collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the ketlio.in website and its services, including Spacio Karma™. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

ketlio.in ("we", "us") operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at ketliosupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and password. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form that we cannot read.
  • Enquiries — when you ask us to call you back (for example about Spacio Karma or an introductory call): your full name, phone number and the option you chose. We also record how you reached us: the campaign tags on the link you followed (for example from an ad) or the website that referred you. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead, we may record your name, number and what you asked about in the same way, so we can follow up.
  • What you do on the platform — orders, bookings with consultants, documents shared for a session, and content you enter, such as assessments, life scores, habits, journal or companion entries and community posts.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser and device details, and cookies or local storage used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure advertising (see below).

For Spacio Karma we will also ask for your birth details and information about your space if you go ahead with the analysis.

How we use it

  • To provide our services: your account, orders, bookings, reports and the features you use.
  • To respond to enquiries, including calling you back on the number you gave us.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and spam.
  • To understand which of our advertisements bring people to us, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit a form or create an account) or for the other lawful purposes the law allows. We do not sell your personal data.

Feedback

If you use the Feedback link, we keep your message, any rating, the page you sent it from, and the name and email or phone number you give us so we can reply. If you are signed in, we also note your account. We use feedback only to improve Ketlio and to reply to you.

Visit counts on our programme pages

On the Spacio Karma, AI-Driven Software Engineering and Karmic Consulting Foundations pages we count visits ourselves: which page was opened, how the visitor arrived (an ad link, our menu, another website, or directly), the ad campaign name if the link carried one, and whether the WhatsApp button was tapped (not what you write). To count unique visitors, your browser keeps a random identifier that we generate; it isn't linked to your name, phone number or account. This data stays on our own servers and is used only to understand how many people the pages reach.

Our web server also keeps a log of requests for these pages and our home page: the time, the page address (including any ad campaign tags), your IP address and browser details. We use it only to count visits and keep the service secure, and delete it after 90 days.

Advertising and Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

On the Spacio Karma, AI-Driven Software Engineering and Karmic Consulting Foundations pages only, we may use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms that sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and tells Meta that you visited the page, and if you tap our WhatsApp button there (never what you write in WhatsApp). When you submit an enquiry there, we also send Meta, from our server (Meta's Conversions API): your phone number and name in hashed (SHA-256, scrambled) form, your IP address, browser details, and the option you chose. When we follow up an enquiry, we may also tell Meta in the same hashed form whether we contacted you and whether you went ahead, so our ads reach people more likely to find the service useful.

Meta uses this to measure how our ads perform and to help show them to people likely to be interested. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use the Meta Pixel on any other page of ketlio.in, and never on pages with your personal wellbeing information.

You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, and control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Who we share it with

  • Hosting — our servers and database run on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India.
  • Meta — as described in the advertising section above.
  • AI services — where a feature uses AI to generate a response, the text you enter for that feature is sent to our AI service provider to produce it.
  • Consultants and vendors — the details they need to deliver a session or order you booked with them.
  • Authorities — where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside India, subject to the protections the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, for as long as your account is active or while we are following up an enquiry — and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, records of payments).

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it);
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to; and
  • raise a grievance with us.

To do any of these, email ketliosupport@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

ketlio.in is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; for significant changes we will make it clear on the site.
